-
Before your first session, I ask you to complete a short consultation form. This helps me understand your wellbeing, any health conditions, and what you are hoping to receive from your treatment. It is an important part of creating a safe, supportive experience that is tailored to you.
The information you share allows me to:
make sure the treatment is appropriate for your needs identify any contraindications or areas where extra care is needed
adapt the session gently to suit your comfort, energy levels, and health
offer the most nurturing and effective treatment for you on the day
Holistic therapies work best when they are shaped around you, and the consultation form helps me do exactly that. Everything you share is kept private, and you are always welcome to ask questions or discuss anything before your appointment.

Your wellbeing always comes first, and there are a few situations where certain holistic therapies may need to be adapted or postponed. This helps ensure your treatment is safe, supportive, and appropriate for your body on the day.
Common contraindications include:
First trimester of pregnancy
Recent alcohol or recreational drug use
Fever, infections, or feeling acutely unwell
Skin conditions in the treatment area (open wounds, rashes, severe inflammation)
Recent injuries, fractures, or surgeries
Certain cardiovascular conditions (e.g., uncontrolled high blood pressure)
Contagious illnesses
Severe pain that hasn’t been assessed by a medical professional
Cancer treatment or serious medical conditions (unless approved by your healthcare provider)
How treatments are adapted
If any of these apply to you, it doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t receive a treatment — it simply means we may need to adjust the approach. This could include:
choosing a gentler therapy
avoiding certain areas of the body
shortening or lengthening parts of the session
focusing more on grounding, relaxation, or energy‑based techniques
postponing the appointment if it’s safer to do so
You are always welcome to reach out before booking if you are unsure. I am here to help you find the treatment that feels safe, supportive, and right for you.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the space to be offered to someone else who may be waiting for an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full session cost. This helps ensure the time, preparation, and energy that goes into each treatment is honoured.
If you are unsure or something unexpected comes up, please reach out — I am always happy to talk things through.
-
You can pay for your treatment via the online booking system or in person by cash, card or bank transfer.
-
f you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that the next client’s appointment isn’t affected. I will always do my best to give you a nurturing, supportive treatment within the remaining time. The full session fee still applies, as the time has been reserved just for you.
-
Yes, you are very welcome to bring someone with you if it helps you feel more comfortable. Wild Soul Sanctuary is a calm, private space, so while your guest will not be able to join the treatment itself, they are welcome to wait quietly in the reception area during your session. If you would like to check anything beforehand, just let me know — I am always happy to help you feel at ease.
-
To get the best out of your treatment please avoid heavy meals, alcohol and rushing beforehand.
-
After your treatment, you may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or more grounded. Many people describe a sense of calm, clarity, or emotional release as their body and nervous system settle. It’s completely normal to feel peaceful, sleepy, or quietly reflective afterwards — your body has been given space to unwind, and it continues processing the benefits even after you leave.
You might also notice subtle shifts over the next few hours or days, such as improved sleep, softened tension, or a change in mood or energy. Occasionally, you may feel emotional or a little sensitive as things rebalance — this is a natural part of the healing process and usually passes quickly.
I always recommend taking the rest of your day gently if you can: drink plenty of water, listen to your body, and give yourself permission to move slowly. If you ever have questions after your session, you are welcome to get in touch — I am here to support you before, during, and after your treatment.

Wild Soul Sanctuary is located on the first floor of a Victorian‑era building. Because of the age and structure of the property, there are no lift or escalator facilities, and access is via a set of stairs.
I want everyone to feel welcome and supported, so if you have any mobility concerns or would find the stairs difficult, please feel free to get in touch. I am always happy to talk things through and help you decide whether the space will be comfortable for you.
